    I had an amazing experience with Precision! The team was professional, friendly, and really helped me find the perfect window treatments for my home. The quality of the blinds is excellent, and the installation was quick and seamless. Everything looks beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

    Sam from Stoneside Shades and Blinds has been a great help, going above and beyond with helping us repair one of the motors that went out on one of automatic shades (completely my fault, when I went to temporarily remove the shades for another project…). Sam was very communicative of when parts came in and scheduling a time to come back, replaced the motor pretty quickly, and just a good guy to chat to. Happy to deal with a good company, both people and product wise.

    Stoneside Blinds Chicago—technician Sam visited twice—was prompt. Identified the issue correctly the first time and came back w the needed replacement part and fixed it. He was nice and friendly.

    I had one shade that didn't connect to WiFi and would, therefore, not work properly. Ryan changed the motor on the shade and, in about a half hour, had the motor installed, the shade connected to WiFi and remote, and made sure that all the other shades (8 more) were working properly. Ryan is the best!!!

    I've used them twice now and cannot recommend them enough. The quality of their product and the professionalism of their service is outstanding. In the past I've used Windy City blinds and Three Day blinds. Stoneside simply puts them to shame. My designer both times was Elizabeth-- she's a gem.
