Went in to check out appliances, and was assisted by Eduardo, Kyle and Jonathan. Was going to head to Home Depot to check them out but after talking to these gentlemen I was sold on the appliances I was looking at. Pricing was competitive but it ultimately came down to the exceptional customer service I received. Johnathon quickly got everything ordered, and explained delivery and installation. Thank you guys! Appreciate the help!

Have been buying remodeling products...all their bathroom sink vanities made from non wood products making them Unrepairable for average consumer. Have been at 3 Lowe's recently. Their samples and vanities are very pedestrian. Most of their medicine cabinets are 20 feet up in the air and the sample info is unreadable and poor quality....most samples have damaged glass on samples. Buyers are not doing a good job. Most of the vanities come with black hardware....that's a fad....not something you will want for longterm...I'm mentioning Lowes but all big box in my area: Home Depot, Lowes and Menards have same issues. Crappy

The customer service in this store is absolutely horrible. I wanted to purchase an item that was behind a Secure cage. I want to one of the employees and ask them if they could open up the cage for me. She said she didn’t know the combination so she called for help over the speaker. She told me somebody would meet me there. I waited there for over five minutes and nobody showed up. After that, I had to go look for somebody which I cannot find. Once I did find a person and asked him to do it, he told me to wait for a second because he was helping another customer who had just approached him too. Once he was done with the other customer, he started to walk away and then ended up proceeding to help somebody else, even though I was standing right there next to him. Not one word out of this guy‘s mouth. I will never ever purchase another item from this Lowe’s ever again.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
