An employee was extremely rude and unprofessional toward another customer simply because she didn’t know how to convert feet to yards. Instead of helping, the employee spoke down to her and had a very condescending attitude. What made it worse was that when the same tone was returned to her, she clearly couldn’t handle it herself. Customer service should be about patience and kindness, especially over something so small and easily explained. This interaction was uncomfortable to witness and left a bad impression.

- IDIsabella DelgadoJan 8, 20261.0While I was shopping in this store on 1/8/2026 at 930 AM, there was an African American lady (who I would assume was the manager or supervisor of the store) that was yelling and speaking to her employees in a terrible demeanor. She was yelling loudly in front of shopping customers and talking to them in an unacceptable way. Saying phrases such as “you guys need to hurry UP you guys should be done before i get back to the front of this store” that is so unprofessional and honestly just rude. From one human to another I am sorry to those employees that have to deal with that. especially with it being only 30 minutes into the store opening. It would be hard to want to stay at a job with a higher up who has that attitude and a higher up that speaks down to me thinking they’re better than the rest of the employees.
