- IAIvy AllisonApr 17, 20262.0They doubled our rent after 3 months. They said the first month was free but charged me. The gate was open for several weeks when it’s supposed to be closed and secured. The unit was gross and filled with bugs. I did speak to someone very pleasant once- I forget her name but maybe Dorris or Anita. But overall I’d never rent here again, we’re disappointed

Something that clearly should be a known risk in storage units. It feels like a loophole to avoid accountability while customers are left dealing with the loss. If you’re considering storing anything of value here, think twice. Between the lack of proper maintenance and zero support when things go wrong, it’s just not worth the risk.

- MDmadi dApr 16, 20261.0We had this unit for 3 months and there’s holes in the ceiling, water on the floor, and all of our stuff is covered in mold. Our personal renters insurance said they will not cover the loss because of the negligence of the storage unit. The storage unit refuses to cover anything. We asked for compensation for just our kids toys so we can replace them, the storage unit refused because we did not have our insurance through them. These units are obviously faulty! The entire thing is covered in mold- the ceiling and walls and floor. My kid’s toys, diapers, clothes, highchair, bassinet, etc- ruined. We’re absolutely devastated.
