  Manager Casey was very friendly. He took his time and explained all the details of my purchases. I would highly recommend his services. Very pleasant experience being in the Normal, IL furniture row store.

  The Furniture Row salesman, Chris, seemed to be new. Kept having to ask others questions and then got the information wrong on amounts. He was pleasant though and tried to find the bed frame we needed. Think he needed to relax a little and listen more than trying to talk like a salesman. He will learn. We found what we needed and that’s what matters.

  The store had a great selection and prices you couldn’t beat! Casey was very knowledgeable and friendly. Only left with a rug today but I will be working with him in the future!

  I was in on a Monday and Kaden helped us find a great deal on something I didn’t think I would ever find. I went back on Wednesday night to buy it, but I had to haggle with the staff who was there that night on a pick up time for my set of furniture. That was a little disappointing, but I got a great deal on furniture that fit my specific needs.
