I was able to take home some upholstery option swatches with a small deposit so that I could have a chance to really get comfortable with a choice, which really made all the difference for me. I had been considering ordering from an online place, but you can't beat the ability to really see and feel exactly what you'll be getting.

It wasn't in stock. We asked what they had similar to that. He showed us a reclining couch, but we needed something taller. He showed us The Lounge II sectional. We tried the manual recliner. It fit us both wonderfully! It's exactly what we wanted! Kaden was very knowledgeable about it. We decided on two reclining chair sections with a console in the middle. We love it! I can't say enough about Kaden's knowledge and expertise!! After we set it up at home, the back part of the console didn't fit. We took pictures and went back to the store. Kaden was there. We showed him the picture as we all looked at the display at the store. It didn't take Kaden long at all...He said it looks like the back of the recliners were put in the incorrect side. We switched the backs and everything fits perfectly! Again, Kaden's expertise was greatly appreciated!! Thanks Kaden!
