I go to all the big box stores for shopping cuz of what I do and I like Lowe's a lot better than Menards but I go to Menards a lot too so I will stick with Lowe's as much as they stay open

As a longtime Lowe’s customer and former employee, I’m extremely disappointed by the experience at this location. I ordered two toilets to be delivered and installed, with pickup scheduled for the morning of April 1. After being told there would be a delay, I was given a new pickup window of 10:00–10:30 a.m., but by 3:30 p.m., we still hadn’t received any updates.
When we called the store, we were placed on hold for 20 minutes, only to find out through the automated system that the order hadn’t even been picked up. We attempted to contact the third-party installer through Angi multiple times by phone and message, but received no response at all. The lack of communication and professionalism from Angi was the biggest issue in this entire situation. The customer service rep from Angi would not let us speak with a manager when we tried to resolve the situation, which was very frustrating.
It wasn’t until my daughter went to the store in person that we were able to get any information. We were simply told that the installer’s next availability would be the following week, rather than making any effort to address the missed appointment or prioritize a delayed job.
Due to the complete lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service—particularly from the third-party provider—we ultimately canceled the order. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in Lowe’s, especially in how they manage and stand behind the services they outsource.

Lowes has almost everything you need from.lawn and garden to appliances and hardware. Decent prices and great customer service. You can even hire them to do small jobs like hang a new screen door. We shop here all the time and have used there services. All around a great place to shop.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
