    I came to the New Lenox store on Sunday November 9th 2025 a garden associate approached me asked me if I needed any help. I told him I was looking at the Merry Christmas neon sign the app showed you guys had 2 of them. He searched the locations on his phone. Came up empty. Called the manager on duty. Alex and said can we sell the display? Alex said yes. He went and got this machine and brought it down. I asked since you had it on since September. Is there any discount? The price was $64.99 and you know it's probably been running 24/7. He says you would have to take it to the register there. I met Roxanne. She called Alex and asked is there a discount he said absolutely not. That's the price. That's what I'm going to sell it for. The customer can take it or leave it first off for being a manager of a retail store. What's with the attitude? Second of all you're selling used merchandise for full price. I would love to have a discount on this product. There was no box, no discounts and a very rude manager named Alex. So buyers beware if it's a floor model. As far as I'm concerned, it's used merchandise and they're selling it for full price. No discount, no nothing except a rude manager named Alex!!

    I went to the Lowe’s in new Lenox Illinois to get some water softener, I live close so that’s why I go there last year. They Change their policy if there is a hole in the bag, they will still give you a percentage off, but it depends on how big the hole is and how much is missing of the water softener pallets. Today I go there to get the same bags of water softener. And the bag had a baseball size hole in it, and you can definitely feel that there is an invention of where some of the Pallets were missing and the lady said just cause there’s a hole in it doesn’t mean we’re giving you a discount so she was still gonna charge me full price and I said did you guys change your policy she goes I’ll just let you talk to the manager in a snooty voice and then a non-manager comes out and she goes what do you need in a snooty voice and she also said we’re not giving your discount and walks away. So because of their ratings are going down down down and people are slowly withering away from the store Lowe’s, which means they’re losing money. They gotta find ways to still make money so they’re making you buy Damage products for full price. But yet they don’t have the customer service to even want you to buy from them so even though Home Depot is eight minutes further I am gonna go to Home Depot from now on. Thanks Lowe’s for helping me to making my decision. This is strike three first one be in the window incident where you ordered the wrong window and then you tried to make me pay for it and then it took six months to get it and then haven’t common items that should be on the shelf that were out and the customers then were also very rude saying that I should just go someplace else And not even apologizing that they didn’t have it and now this. Wake up Lowes, you are losing business because of your own negligence and bad customer service.

    My problem was not directly with Lowes but the professional installation company they hired and complained to Lowes nothing became resolved. The installers did put the water heater in but also flooded an area of my basement by taking water out of heater way too fast the small room where the drain was and also my AC and water softener ended up flooded with inch of sewer and it went into a storage area outside the room. The installer then use the shop vacuum nearby but didn't ask me so left the filter in ruining it. They got most of the flood area up. Again using shop my vacuum after me throwing away destroyed filter but of course then I had to sanitize and the entire area! I also had to but a heavy duty brush and new shop vacuum filter. When someone charges you an exorbitant fee of 1500 dollars for less than 3 hour job, this should never happen.
