  Outstanding experience at Russo Power Equipment. After a frustrating experience with a big box store, this was a completely different level of service. From the moment I walked in, the team treated me like a customer, not a transaction. The salesperson took the time to understand my property, how I planned to use the equipment, and what would actually make sense long-term. Instead of pushing the more expensive option, he recommended the model that best fit my needs and explained why in a way that was honest and practical. What really stood out was the knowledge and professionalism. These guys clearly know their equipment, and more importantly, they stand behind what they sell. It’s refreshing to work with a business that prioritizes getting it right over making a quick sale. If you’re buying outdoor power equipment and want real guidance, quality products, and people who genuinely care, this is the place to go. Huge thanks to the team for turning things around and delivering a great experience. Unless I update this review, they can consider me a customer for the foreseeable future.

  I was looking to add additional equipment to my fleet and did not know which products to choose from. I spoke to Jeff (store manager) regarding the matter, he offered a variety of options and recommendations that suited our needs. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. Alejandra was very kind, and strong to say the least. She did a excellent job in preparing and bringing out our order to the front desk. She went as far as assisting us in bringing out the equipment to our work truck on a rainy day. Thanks Jeff and Alejandra for you help. It was a pleasant experience working with you.
