    I paid $55 for a warranty repair, they took 1 month to tell me there was a lose connection with my weed trimmer. To my surprise, when I tested it out, the problem still exists. The staff at the service desk told me conflicting information and one of associates seemed to be high and didnt understand simple questions. Worst customer service ever.

    They did tell me nothing was wrong with the mower but when I got there, it had a couple small issues. But I got there about 15 minutes before they closed and they stayed open for an extra hour so I could purchase this SCAG tiger cat it was also almost 100° that day and they were very patient with me. They gave me an amazing deal on the mower and I am very happy with it. Thank you guys! Good people

    Went in here, 10 minutes before close, to buy a zero turn 72” mower and, rather than cut a quick deal and allow me to pick up the following day, they turned me away and told me to come back the next day needless to say, I bought elsewhere and would never buy from this joke of a business again.
