Today (next day) I got a call that is was ready....super nice people and GREAT service

To my surprise, when I tested it out, the problem still exists. The staff at the service desk told me conflicting information and one of associates seemed to be high and didnt understand simple questions. Worst customer service ever.

But I got there about 15 minutes before they closed and they stayed open for an extra hour so I could purchase this SCAG tiger cat it was also almost 100° that day and they were very patient with me. They gave me an amazing deal on the mower and I am very happy with it. Thank you guys! Good people
