- SSStephanie5 days ago1.0Manny the manager was completely unprofessional with his coworkers. It made us so uncomfortable that we left. I felt so badly for his employees and can’t believe that they put a person like him in a leadership role.

Multiple shipments, confusing parts, heavy assembly, and way more effort than expected. It looks good once built, but the buying and setup experience doesn’t match the luxury branding. For what you pay, it should feel seamless.

- LWLisa WielgusApr 27, 20214.0Received our lovesac and we love it but.... we cannot get the covers on the side pieces so for a week now we've had a two tone sectional. Lovesac sent new covers for the sides, I received them today, and guess what they still do not fit. I have let customer service know and I am waiting for a solution. I'll be updating this review with the outcome. ***Update*** My customer service rep suggested steaming the side covers to help stretch the fabric. To much relief this helped tremendously. I now have all covers on and we really do love our sactional. Don't get me wrong though this thing was a beast to put together probably not for everyone. Out customer service tep Claire was wonderful through the hole process. Changed our review to 4 stars and the only reason I didnt give it 5 is because of the assembly that whipped my butt 🙂
