  I went to a key kiosk in Walmart and made nine keys total three different door lock keys - it was super easy he put the key in and it- I assume, laser scans it Then cuts the keys and expenses them. The machine worked well, but it’s a little slow when you have nine keys to make, but I get it and the price was reasonable but a dollar a key cheaper in a hardware store

  I called and the associate I spoke to quoted me a price very high, later we came to an agreement on pricing. When the technician showed up he did not want to honor the price that was discussed over the phone. So told me he could fix my old ignition and it half worked, I called then right away after he left and 4 days later I called and asked them if they were sending someone out to fix what the first technician half fixed. Well they asked for a video as proof and I spend 2 hrs trying to upload a video, finally done called me back and I offered he leads then half my money back. I didn’t think it was fair considering he did not fix it, but I agreed just to get this headache over with. I still have not received the partial refund! SMH! Not a good experience!

  I made 3 copies of a key, and got a discount for multiple keys. I got the galactic/cosmic design because it stands out and is easy to find. It also turns well in the door lock. I did not get the professional cut that turns more easily in the lock but have done so in the past and it is really easy to unlock the door with that cut. I would like to say that they do stand by their money back guarantee. On a previous purchase I got several regular brass keys made for the door lock and accidentally passed the screen where you enter your email/phone number so I got no receipt. I went home and found that the brass keys did not work in my lock. So I went back to the store where the key machine was to get the website address for the company and sent them a message including where the kiosk I used was located and the approximate time and date of my transaction including the amount of my transaction and what keys I had purchased. They located my transaction and refunded my money to my credit card. I was very impressed with their effort in that and I have been happy with all the other keys that I've purchased. I will definitely use their machine again in the future.
