- MPMichael Pula6 days ago5.0For our needs, Extra Space Storage was convenient, and provided the right sized units to help us during our move. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sizes and locations of the various units were well mapped out and the security at the gate easy to use with the keypad and the app on my phone. Lesson learned: Rent enough time in advance because rates do go up. So lock-in 5-6 months or more if you can. We ended up downsizing when we could and also to get a better rate for a longer term. Just glad we were able to make use of this facility.
