  This was the 1st time I needed an appliance repairs since purchasing my home 5 months ago. I wasn't sure what company to call. I'm so glad I found A Absolute. Helen was great with scheduling an appt in a few hours. Matt, my technician, did a fantastic job. He called to give his ETA, was on time, and knowledgeable. He sourced the problems with my freezer, microwave and washer. This company is the real deal--efficient, professional, reasonable and knowledgeable.

  I have nothing but great things to say about A Absolute Appliance Repair. Three years ago I left my home to run some errands and realized my dryer was still going when I had left. I ALWAYS turn OFF all my appliances when I'm not home, so I turned around and went home to turn off the dryer. Thank God I did! As soon as I opened the door I smelled the smoke and my dryer had smoke coming out of the bottom of it. My home was built in 1871, it's solid old, extremely dry wood through and through. My family includes 4 dogs and 3 cats. They're is no way to know what could have happened, however I don't think it would have had the same outcome if I hadn't turned around that day and went back home. I will never be more thankful that I decided to turn around and turn off my dryer. I called A Absolute Appliance Repair after the fire department left, based on a recommendation. The fire was caused by some lint and pet hair that had been able to pass around the lint filter and caught fire below the drum of my gas dryer. The technician showed me all the charred black hair that still remained, waiting to have fed that fire!! They're was enough hair to create a large cat deep under the dryer. I was so happy, my dryer was still operating and if I simply had it serviced every year, it would not have caught fire. The dryer was about 17 years old at the time of the fire and knock on wood, it had never been serviced during those 17 years. Now I have A Absolute Appliance Repair come out yearly to clean and service my appliances, before something bad happens again. They were just here to clean the very same dryer and noticed that a pulley needed to be replaced, I went ahead and had a new belt put on since they were here and it was being serviced based on their recommendation. My dryer is now about 20 years old and still runs like a champ, a safe and reliable champ!! Thanks you A Absolute Appliance Repair 🏆

  Jim came & quickly assessed the problem of my suddenly nonworking freezer. He ordered the part & came back to install it. Jim is professional, super smart, kind, & explained everything. I have recommended him to so many of my friends whom were all pleased with the service. They are very responsive, & call when they’re 15 minutes away.

  We have been using A Absolute Appliance Repair for over 10 years. I highly recommend Matthew. He is always on time, polite and friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Whenever we call the office Helen is very accommodating and gets us an appointment quickly. She will call to confirm our appointment. Matthew also calls to let us know when he is on his way and approximately the time he will arrive. He recently repaired our dishwasher. I greatly appreciate the honesty and all of your work you have provided for us. Thank you!

  Viorel is awesome. We have used them multiple times for different appliances, one a quite large/expensive one, and every time my wife and I (having owned many homes in 28 yrs Army service), surprised every time by the speed in which Viorel (the technician who came) came, extremely reasonable prices, his ability to diagnose and be frank of how best to resolve the problem... each time fixed and a surprisingly low price things beyond figuring out thru Youtube/AI ... quick diagnosis thru VAST experience, outstanding explanations, each time giving helpful info re: the appliance and related systems above and beyond what he fixed/what we paid... info-advice to help us with the appliance & related. Best repair service my wife and I ever remember having. As Army Col. (Ret.) and pastor speaking with him each time (including background), I tell you certainty you can fully trust Viorel's integrity and extremely high competence with the appliance/problem if you were to request him (but speaking with him, I sense the business has overall great technicians/ leadership).
