We have purchased 4 larger items in the past year at Lowe. A Craftsman T2200K Turn Tight riding lawnmower, Craftsman Riding Lawnmower Lift, 17 inch Midea Convertible freezer/fridge and yesterday, 11/13/25, a 17.6 cu ft Refrigerator. Our 6 year old Kenmore just stopped working and we needed one quick. Chad helped us figure out if we could get the new one we picked out in the house and in the spot we need to put it at. It was spot on! We even decided to work on our 6 year old Kenmore and we asked if they could put in our walk in basement. No Problem! They had to take door off fridge and house and also another part to fit it in. We had two delivery guys one was Felix and his partner. They were spectacular guys and helped us up and beyond what they had to. We have had a few issues this year with appliance dying and each time Lowe's has been there to help us get items quick. Lowe's has really helped us out a lot this past year and never disappointed us .
