Buyer beware. I purchased an item for delivery on 1/19/26 that was large. It came damaged by the shipper on 1/22/26 and I refused the delivery.While Lowes will refund my money, they will not honor the price I paid. My item went up over $200.00 in price and I cannot get it for the price I originally paid. After 2 hours on the phone with customer service I gave up. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well.

Ok sweet when I asked if they would price match me they said they don't price match off of google shopping but after some research it says they do. All good you guys lost a customer.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
