- CCcatDec 20, 20251.0I was at the moline hobby lobby today. I was buying a few things. The plushy I was buying did not have a tag. The cashier called the manager to help. The manager then goes and looks at the plushies at the front of the store for a price. I notified the cashier i didnt get it from there. The manager jeanie came back and very rudely told the cashier the price was 6.99. I told her she was wrong as I got the plushy from the back of the store and the big ones were that price. She proceeded to get very snarky and said well what was the price then? I said it was three something. She makes a big deal about looking it up on her tablet. Then says my apologies with a tone and attitude that meant the exact opposite. If it wasn't part of a birthday gift I would have just left. This is not the first time a manager has talked to me this way at this location. I highly do not recommend. I think jeanie needs a new profession as she was not only rude to me as the customer but also rude to the employee.
