I was cut-off mid-sentence while trying to detail the situation and was spoken down to in a dismissive manner. Had enjoyed this facility until recently, after the flooding during the Summer it appears to be a money-grab. Started with my rate of $124 and ending with $204 in less than a year, such a disappointment.
