- DDaphne Nicole -Feb 8, 20261.0I am close to owning my furniture outright. I only chose Aarons because the furniture I wanted was beautiful and I couldn't find it anywhere else. So being cheap, and figuring that I would save a little money, I decided to lease instead of owning it outright. (Lesson Learned) I have never been more than 30 days past my payment. Maybe a few days behind payments, but we've been doing this dance for the past two years. They have NEVER come to my home in all that time. Now that I'm close to ownership...it seem as if they have become almost FANATICAL in me making my payments, which let's face it, I'm not that far off to where I will lose my furniture now, especially after I've invested so much. However, they call incessantly after the FIRST day of a missed payment, then they send or should I say, "Juan" sends his people out to your home to place a note with your apartment number attached in the lobby, to let everyone know you haven't made your payment. And that note was placed AFTER I'd made my payment. Why am I sharing this? Because at this point it needs to be said OUTLOUD how they harass their loyal customers. So if you want to avoid dealing with this level of "Customer service" especially towards the very end of your lease, I strongly suggest you choose another Aaron's store location to do business with.

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
