- JKJoan KempNov 12, 20252.0If you have another pool company in the area use them. We had a new pool put in this summer and it has been one issue after another. Communication is terrible and I have at least 2 screws I can feel under the liner. This is an 80,000 pool and I will probably have to repair the liner shortly. You have to stay on them the entire time or things will take twice as long. If you want to use them to close your pool it does not get any better. Its Nov and im still waiting. Again poor communication. The project manager that put the pool in was great and communicated well with us but everyloone else is terrible unless you complain then all of a sudden they get better. I dont like to complain but its ridiculous. Edit it appreciate the response from the manager but no leaves is not where things went wrong. I would love to discuss my experience with you further.

We just bought a house with a 33ft above ground pool and neither of us has ever owned a pool before and have stressed a little about upkeep and maintenance for it. After this hour of class I went from nervous/stressed to excited for this new toy and part of our house. They even LOADED us up with free toys and gifts after class. This will definitely be the ones I use for all things pool required. The instructor has such a passion for pools and maintenance. I highly recommend going to this class and using them.
