Update: After talking with management, our problem was resolved quickly. We were given a new hot tub that is fully operational. The installation crew and service technician did a great job ensuring our hot tub was set up correctly. I appreciated how management continued to check in to ensure we were satisfied with our hot tub throughout the process.
Our experience with Aloha Pools and Spas started at the Du Quoin State Fair where we decided to purchase our hot tub on August 29th, 2025. Our hot tub was delivered on September 18th. During the delivery process, one of the employees kicked the hot tub while trying to transport it through a door onto our patio. The brand new hot tub had a crack in the shell by the control panel and a light that did not work. After speaking to customer service, someone was assigned to come set up the salt system and assess the damage on September 19th. While setting up our salt system, a service technician scratched my front paneling. We were assured that these issues would be resolved soon. I spoke again with customer service on October 1st, in which I was told that the order for our hot tub parts was still in processing. I received a text on October 13th, that stated my repairs would be completed on November 4th. On November 4th, no one showed up and we called again to be told that the service technician canceled. No one reached out to us, but rather we had to call. No one ever rescheduled our repairs. I called on December 17th, and was told that they had completely dropped the ball on our repairs. I was assured the parts were there and that someone would come on December 29th. On December 29th, I received a text stating that our repairs would be moved to the following day, December 30th. On December 30th, the service technicians arrived and were very cooperative. The crack in the shell has yet to be resolved due to cold temperatures now and the LED for the light still needs replaced. The scratched panel was fixed, but after asking some questions, it seems that our salt system is not functioning properly and will need to be replaced. This has been a very long and tedious process for what was supposed to be a brand new hot tub.
