Assumed machine would spit the keys out instead was advised we could expect them in 3-5 days. We were fine with that. 8 days later we still have no keys. Tracking says it has been out for delivery for 6 days. 6 DAYS. KeyMe Customer Service does not respond to emails. Next stop filing complaints with the AG Avoid this service. Use a traditional locksmith. Will also contact Menards suggesting they pull the kiosk. UPDATE- Contacted KeyMe Customer Service and it went downhill from there. At least 30 emails back and forth. They used UPS Innovations which transfers the shipment to USPS, so tracking stops once USPS has the package. Stated they would issue new keys. Still no keys, but this time they shipped them standard UPS so at least we have a tracking number. They have refunded my money and claimed they will provide a gift card for the trouble.
