    The lady that helped me was an utter breath of fresh air. I just moved from Texas and she was so sweet about informing me of the weather and the locations here in Wood Dale Illinois. Very professional and super sweet and considerate. Sometimes it’s not all about the job and sticking to the script. The welcoming conversations we shared made the day so much better.
