Our pool service guy told us that rather than getting a whole new robot which could cost over $1000 to see if we can change out the wheel ourselves by getting the part at Amazon. This turned out to be overwhelming for us and we instead took it to Leslie Pool in Lombard. Tim, who handled the repair said that it would take a couple of days. Not only was the wheel replaced but also several worn parts. The robot was as good as brand new! And the repair cost was so reasonable that we called the store back just to make sure that we were charged correctly. If you do go to the store, try to get help from a seasoned employee. Owning a pool is very expensive but Tim and Leslie Pool helped us save money.
