Completely unacceptable. The registers that supposedly handle returns were busy processing purchases instead. There wasn’t even a single sign indicating which registers take returns. Extremely poor organization and an unproductive work ethic.

We were waiting for the employee to show up in fabrics, while we heard Marisol on the intercom calling for her staff to come over and help. Instead we waited 30 minutes and ended up bringing up the fabric we wanted (barely 3 ft of fabric that we needed). Instead of helping and doing a better job as a manager she gave me attitude and shoo’d me away. Instead of coming to the fabric counter she sat by the cashiers and cackled with random customers. While there was 2 lines of 6-7 people waiting to buy their items. I will be contacting HR and reporting her. We will not be coming to this location at ALL.
