- JPJ P5 days ago1.0A bad ostumer service! I was at the Lowe’s store on Touby on Wends. 7 at 9h30am went to the area where the concrete is. Two guys were working with a customer, and when I asked for help, they told me someone would come to help me. However, I waited for a long time. Two more employees came to the desk and were very busy on their cell phones. Then I decided to leave. No phone call to help me, and four guys—two on their phones and two with a customer—and none of them helped a second customer. It says a lot.

My main reason for leaving this review is to highlight the team working this morning on Black Friday. They handled the crowd for the buckets amazingly. They even let us wait inside, which was very appreciated since it was cold. They went above and beyond and made the whole experience great. Shoutout to Berenice and Rafael, who were absolutely amazing. You can tell they enjoy their job and are very good at it. Customer service is all about patience, kindness, and being assertive, and they nailed it. My only “complaint” is that I didn’t get the Kobalt screwdriver set like other locations :( but the goodies were still great. Thank you Lowe’s your employees are the main reason I choose your store.
