Hardly a model of customer service, particularly for people who rely on delivery services. Support your local hardware stores over big-box stores like this joint.

She suggested me to go to store and just purchase it there, mind you, im pregnant, i wanna save time the hassle by doing the curbsice pick up! We now have to remove the tiles and redo all of the work that was completed. I would absolutely not recommend purchasing any tiles from here. To update I have spoken to Lowe’s headquarters and the vendor directly they refuse to refund us for the damaged tiles or assist in any labor costs this has incurred.
