My rental rate went from $90 to $156 in less than a month! And when I went back to check in with him, he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about and walked away from the situation! The district manager was also USELESS! There is a guy named Michael, who was super helpful and understanding and helped to accommodate my move-out needs!

- YAY ADec 1, 20251.0Take these reviews with a grain of salt. The sales person physically hovers over you after you complete your rental agreement to make sure you rate them 5 stars. The sales person wears sunglasses indoors making it for weird interactions. Also, the elevator was our of service for wells with no advance notice and no date of when it would be repaired, the front desk staff just kept saying they were working in it. Depending on the area you choose as your locker, you may need a multiple flashlights as some areas have no light, so you can't see anything.
