- MTMickey TateOct 8, 20251.0The absolute worst company to deal with. I haven't even had my storage unit for half of a year and they've already raised the rates up on me by $40. They refuse to give me any explanation to why the rate was raised. My account was just charged for almost $80 more than what my rate for the storage unit was. Absolutely zero notification on price change and when I called the customer service line. They pretend they have no idea what's going on and told me, my price never went up. So a question to you, why did my account raise by $40? Your customer service agents will not answer this question, Maybe you will.
- MRM RSep 27, 20251.0I recommend going somewhere else. Yes location is "secure" but it's basically nothing more than an insect infested garage. Plan on fighting through the bugs and spiders to get to your stuff. I have been renting the space less than a year and my rate was raised. When I asked why the customer service rep told me " because you signed a contract saying we can raise your rate whenever we want". That is a quote you can listen to the recording. I have tried for the last 3 months to change my phone number and payment info and each time it is not done. My payment is late and they do not call me because they have the wrong number. Each one of these calls were routed out of the country and they do not understand English well. I must repeat things multiple times only to not be understood. And I have had to pay ridiculous late fees because the job was not done correctly by customer service. Very disappointed in this whole experience. Now I have to hire movers so my stuff can be moved to another place that has English speaking customer service available on the grounds. I have a torn knee right now so the expense of movers is seen as just another problem caused by using this facility. For a outside garage storage there is cheaper and much better service available. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the entire operation. And don't bother calling the local number it just routes to overseas customer service.
