  I’m actually located in the city of Chicago, but J & R helped me get back into my home after a confusing and unexpected situation where I wound up trapped between a couple of doors each with unique locks. It was a busy weekend, unpleasant weather to be out in, and my usual sources who could help me get back in my home were out of town—basically a perfect storm. I called local locksmith services, but because it was a busy weekend, there was no one available. I really appreciated that each locksmith that I talked to was sympathetic and really did try to help me. That’s how I eventually connected with someone at J & R—Locksmith A reached out to Locksmith B, he reached out to Locksmith C, etc. until collectively they found someone who could help. For all of their efforts, I’m extremely grateful. The folks at J & R, upon hearing my situation, rearranged a few things to come help me immediately—and given the temperature and the length of time that I’d been trying to get a hold of someone, I was so thankful. I’m not sure what I would’ve done otherwise. They really helped me out!

  One of your drivers attempted to run me off the road simply because I passed him on Ogden Ave in Downers Grove. Your driver and I were at a stoplight in both lanes at the intersection of Ogden and Finley in Downers Grove. The light turned green and we both left the intersection. Your driver was in the left lane and I was in the right. He was going slightly slower than me and I had wanted to get past him so I sped up slightly. Your driver began to speed up to prevent me from letting me get in front of him. I had to speed up even more to get in front of him in the left lane and once I did, he came dangerously close to my back bumper and began to flash his lights. I tapped my brake to get him to back off, which he did briefly, but came close to me again, continually flashing his lights. He attempted to get around me by speeding up, but there was a car in the right lane which prevented him from doing so. He finally managed to get past me but as he did, he literally crossed over the white dashes on the lane to make it look like he was going to sideswipe me! He then passed me, got into the center of both lanes and then pushed on his brakes. We were finally able to separate as he turned right onto the I-355 exit headed south and I headed north. Is this how your drivers treat women when their egos are bruised? All I did was want to pass him. While I did speed up slightly, it was nowhere near aggressive. I am sure that you have GPS on your trucks but if you don't, the fact that your driver does this with your company name on the truck is insane. I can only imagine what he does in his own private vehicle. I am sure he will come up with some excuse or call me a name, but either way, his behavior was absolutely unsafe and uncalled for. I will be sure to tell everyone I know that your company hires unhinged employees.

  I recommend J&R to others, and have worked with them several times. They're very knowledgeable, patient, and help our team to problem solve. We see J&R as a partner, and plan to continue using them for years to come! Thank you for all your help so far with our apartment building!
