I would give ZERO stars if possible. Ordered a 36" range on 2/17/26. Waited a month for the unit to be delivered. Received a call from the installation services on 3/16/26 stating that the unit arrived damaged. I was told to cancel and reorder the unit. We decided to order a different unit at almost twice the money as the web site stated there were (3) in stock.. Placed the order on 3/16/26. Checking on the status, the web site never moved from "processing". I called installation services on 3/20/26 to find out what was going on. Call lasted almost an hour as the representative had to talk with the installation team. Was told they would be out the following week to "measure" the space. I ask if the unit was still in stock and was told absolutely. People came on 3/26/26 to measure. Now we were waiting to hear when our unit was to be installed. I received a text and email from Lowes on 3/30/26 stating the unit was OUT OF STOCK and if I did not notify Lowes of my desire to wait for the unit to be back in stock by 4/8/26, the order would be cancelled automatically. I did nothing as I am furious by now. I received a call from Lowes on 4/2/26. I was told they were very sorry about everything we have encountered and they would get it resolved. She told me to give her a week and she would be back in touch no later than 4/9/26. A week went by with no call. I called installation services on 4/13/26 to find out what the situation was and was told the order had been cancelled on 4/3/26. Lowes strung me on for 2 months. We ordered a unit from Lowes #1 competitor (HD) and the unit was installed within a week. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN A LOWES STORE AGAIN OR VISIT THEIR WEB SITE! GREAT WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. YOU LOST ME FOR LIFE!

I got what I needed but I ordered it online after visiting the store. As a single woman shopping at these stores I’m generally ignored. Walk right passed me to talk to the men and couples. Hey, I own a house. I buy appliances. I renovate my home. I garden. Don’t ignore women. We have our own resources and if we are ignored we may take our business elsewhere.

This is for Installation Services, specifically Doors. Ordered an entry door and a storm door at end if August 2025. Paid the $35.00 measure fee. Took 4 months to have it installed! on 1/2/26. The storm door was delivered to my house on 12/31. When the installer arrived on 1/2 with the entry door, he had no idea that he would be installing a storm door too! Where is the communication? Installer pinched my doorbell wire, burning out the transformer. He did go out and purchase a Blink doorbell camera, and came back and installed it. After he left, I noticed a gap at the bottom left corner (from inside the house) of the storm door, letting in below zero air. Plus a small paint chip on the outside of the storm door. I called to have someone come out to inspect these issues, and offer up a solution. I was told a new "gasket" would be ordered, along with touch-up paint. A couple of weeks go by, I had to call Installation Services and Install Partners to get a status report. Parts order never got placed! So we start over. 2-3 weeks go by, I get an email stating that the items were ready for pick-up at the store. A week later, an appointment was scheduled for an installer to come out and make the repairs. That took another 10 days. When the installer arrived, he had no parts with him! I told him that the order was at the store ready to be picked up! He went to the store, came back with the items, but 1 was not what he needed! Instead of the "gasket", which is really just the rubber sweep, he came back with a metal plate. Whoever came out to look at these 2 issues ordered the wrong part! What In Holy Hell?! Thank goodness the installer that came out, Mike, (this was on 4/9, by the way, 3 months after the original installation), had a sweep on his truck, and was able to complete the repair and touch up the paint chip. He also made some adjustments to the storm door so that it operated the way it should. There were a couple of issues with the original installation that I hadn't noticed, but he pointed them out and fixed them. Mike really took extra time to make sure we were satisfied, and did not disparage the first installer. Mike is very professional and skilled. Bottom line : I will never purchase anything from Lowe's and use the Installation Service. This was a nightmare! Lowe's corporation should have their own dedicated installers, employees, not a 3rd. party service. And Lowe's Lake In The Hills needs to get much better in regards to communications with Install Partners.

Do not shop here. You'll walk around the store over 30 minutes and never ask for any help. I ordered carpet had someone come out to measure the carpet and when it was time to get it installed the person over the phone told me they don't move beds. I go back to the store they said I never heard of this, And then the guy looks on the computer and was like oh wow! I guess that's something new, that's so strange. I request to cancel my order for a full refund and it still has not happened. I keep getting the run around by a lazy manager called Lila which corporate needs to investigate that refuse to talk to their customer.
