When we first came in last year, she was very thorough with explaining how it worked and showing us the space is available. And a few times we have had to ask them for help with something they’ve always been willing and able with a smile on their face. The facility is very clean and we have felt very safe with our items being stored there this past year. Easy to get in and out with the elevators and storage carts they provide.
