  I had to give 5 stars. To long of a story to post, but Michael made my day. What a fabulous Manager. He has fabulous customer service skills and knows how to take care of customers. This is one of the best world markets around. I'll be driving to this one. Kudos to Michael! Thank you!

  I just want to thank the amazing staff at this location for preparing my online order for pickup so well. I ordered a TON of specialty imports for a gift basket I made and the ladies at this location were incredible and had it ready for pickup on the morning of the 24th (Christmas Eve). Thank you to all the hardworking team members who worked long hours and helped me make a very memorable gift possible on a day that I was already very busy. You are appreciated!

  Not a pleasant experience. I understand that it’s the holidays and shopping can be busy at times; but the lines were incredibly long, incredibly slow, and over priced. The older woman checking us out was obviously irritated (or not happy in general) with my wife, young child, and myself for reasons unknown. How about us who just waited over 30 minutes to check out and a kid who can’t wait to get out of line after patiently waiting? Don’t you think we are not happy either? She charged us twice for the same item (almost most expensive) on the long list of items we purchased. Possibly on purpose because the item my kid had didn’t have a tag because there were none on the shelf that did and had to do a price check. Called to ask if we could have it corrected, and they said we would have to come in to have it corrected. Not going to do that since we made a special trip and it’s not close to where we are. Are you that far behind in technology that you can’t look something up? So, please, keep my approx. $10 for a lifetime of never spending money at your company ever again. Sorry, not sorry; I can’t support that type of customer service or company that thinks that is ok. 🤷🏻‍♂️

  I love world market but this location is terrible. Rude worker's. One of the workers ran towards me aggressively with a cart and when I was ready to check out I wasn’t even greeted. I was handed my bag and nothing was said. Horrible customer service. Corporate will be reached.

  I was helped by an employee in the cookie section, but unfortunately I didn’t note her name. She was kind and helpful. At billing, Gina was outstanding. She efficiently handled checkout, registered me for rewards, and mentored her co-worker at the same time. Her knowledge of the system and digital processes was exceptional—I haven’t seen a front-end associate this tech-savvy in any store lately. As a person of color, I often go unnoticed by store employees, especially at billing, but this store is exceptional. Gina was professional, swift, confident, and I was quickly checked out seamlessly without having to sigh once. She should be involved in training; her level of expertise reminded me of customer service from a decade ago. Keep up the good customer service. THANK YOU TO THE STORE TEAM!!!
