They delivered the loveseats (11/5/25) only to find after the delivery people left, one of the power cables was stripped to bare wires. I called the store immediately and was told not to use it since there was potential for electrical issues and fire. They did not have repair come out till 11/9/25. Repair was not made as the replacement part was not mailed by Lazy Boy and technician didn’t have the part. The loveseat was unusable until 11/19/25 when another technician came out and luckily had the correct replacement cable even though Lazy Boy had since sent 2 incorrect parts. Loveseat is now working well but I shouldn’t have been without it working for 3 weeks when the company was paid in full the day of the purchase. Plus they are still incorrectly titling the purchase and I have addressed this 3 times already. Lazy Boy was very good quality and service years ago but alas no more. I would no longer recommend them as it’s very disappointing and frustrating.
