- RBRuslan Bahna3 days ago1.0Scheduled a RAM WIN module initialization and was given a 2–3 PM arrival window. I waited until 4 PM — no technician showed up and my call was ignored. No update, no apology, nothing. I understand delays happen, but completely ghosting a customer who planned their day around the appointment is unacceptable. Very unprofessional communication. I hope they improve reliability and respect customers’ time.

I called them at 2:00 and they told me that they would have a tech out within an hour. There was never a conversation of fees. I was relieved to have them I. I explained I was out of town and to have them call me with the charges as I would be the one paying. I received a call after about an hour stating the tech would be late. I explained to call me as it was my time and I would be paying. About an hour late I received a call stating my parents were in the house. Never a call from the company, nor the tech. I came home multiple days later to a bill. Service call: 30 Labor :40 Home lock out $320 I would have NEVER agreed to this My garage is fully equiped with every tool under the sun. I would have instructed my father to break the lock. (The "locksmith" used and airbag and STRETCHED my doorframe. Not to mention the company showed up in a jeep wrangler and the tech left and invoice with NO NAME OR NUMBER TO COMPANY. Stay away. The company preys on these situations.
