- HHHaymaeJun 15, 20192.0First day we got furniture, our dresser moved in there was a big hole in the back that the movers said we wouldn’t be charged for so we kept it. I opened the bottom two drawers later on to find someone else’s clothes still in the drawers as well as make up spilled all over multiple drawers. They ordered us a new one after that and said it would be replaced. Our other dresser that came in our set has a drawer that is not attached right also. The WORST part happened this morning when I was laying in bed. I look up at my pillow to see a BED BUG right next to me. They claim they check all of their furniture before they move it but obviously not. We had no furniture in our house before this and all of our clothes were clean before so the bugs did not come from us. At this point I don’t even want the furniture anymore, I have bug bites all over my body which I thought were from mosquitos but now it makes sense why I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night with burning and swollen bug bites. UPDATE: We have had our furniture for over a month now and still have bed bugs. I let Aaron’s know but nothing has been done yet and I found a tiny baby bed bug just a few moments ago which means the must be nesting. I have found about five bugs over the last month and plan to call Aaron’s again when they open to see what they will do since these bugs did not come from us and it is clear they didn’t check the furniture before bringing it into our house since we had other people’s clothes in our first dresser. They did bring us a new dresser but I refuse to continue paying for furniture that is infested and/or causing is problems and making our home infested.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
