Also, would have appreciated an email follow-up or note left at door advising what services were provided (Grub preventer, preemergent weed control, fertilizer, etc.) like other services do.

BUT,the kicker was,for this survey, click this separate link,if you were unhappy, and we will reach out to try and make it right. Again, nope. No response. I will be looking for a different service next season, for my lawn applications.
