- DCDaniel & Ana CapiciDec 8, 20251.0Their 100% satisfaction is a lie! tech told me 4:10. Told me he'd call 30 mins before. I called at 4 told me he's running behind it would be at 6 now. I called around 5:30 asking where the tech was told me oh we'll have the tech call you. Tech didn't call until 6ish and said oh I'm running late it'll be 7 now. Said "exactly 7" so I called at 7:10 and then dispatch wouldn't answer me (they were ignoring my calls) I called several times and finally the guy called me at 7:30pm and said "oh I'll be there in 35 mins. And when I was like ok that's fine he was like "ugh" and hung up. When he got here kept telling me how some other lady wouldn't pay that's why he was late. Why is that my problem or my fault. Your company should've told you to move on and go to the next customer instead of continuing to lie to me about the time. Told me also that he kept thinking I'd cancel. So like you were hoping for me to cancel? I told this to them they said “oh sucks thanks for letting us know” FIND ANYONE ELSE

They still said they would have to go to the house to look and provide am estimate. Once here he said he couldn't make a key from the lock and would have ro replace it. The price provided was. Bit high as I did not expect for the full lock to be changed so I advised I will keep looking for the key a little longer instead and that I would still pay the service fee. Guy was visibly irritated and asked why did I call a locksmith in the first place and mumbled other words as he walked out. When I was clear over the phone for what I needed he could have just told me over the phone he couldn't make me a key.
