  Love the Hainsville location! Memo is great! He knows his stuff! Super knowledgeable! Always helpful and reliable! Cristian and Jonathan always on top as well in the parts and service department. They all go the extra mile to help. Ive noticed they dont just want to sell. They help and care! Thanks Russo!

  We have been customers of Russo for almost 10 years and time and time again they have proven to be the best around for partnerships with landscape companies of all sizes. I’m taking the time to share this review to specifically highlight the recent process of purchasing a new Mower. After only a few messages we were able to setup a demo with a few units we were interested in. The fella who does there demos Rob Wrobel came out to one of our properties and was extremely helpful with deciding what unit we went with, he’s definitely not a salesman and genuinely pointed us in the direction of the best option for our company. After that I stopped in the hainsville location and they were able to have the mower ready to our spec by the next day! Thanks Russo Power!

  The worst service I've received in a very long time. They sold me a used device as new, and I had to send it back because it didn't work. I will never trust this company again. The customer service is terrible; I waited more than 20 minutes for a sales representative to help me, and when I went to pay, the cashier was telling another customer her life story. I no longer recognize Russo; it's definitely not my first choice anymore.

  Poor customer service. stood in line for 15 minutes waiting to check out at the cashier counter - only had 1 person working at cashier station - while another female employee sat less than 20 feet away on her phone/social media. I asked her is she could assist since the cashier was struggling to enter orders and she refused. If this is the way you want to business, than I will go elsewhere. It is ridiculous the amount of money my business spends here in a year and cannot get decent customer service. I'd like to know what the female employee (who finally did assist in my transaction) wrote on the (white) order sheet with all the "!!!" following what she wrote..... 10/17/2025 Spoke with the manager, Christian, who took the time to discuss this matter and was very apologetic and appreciative that I took the time to post this review. We both agreed this was a coaching opportunity for Russo therefore, I am changing my review. It appears this business is truly interested in providing excellent customer experience. Thank you.
