She actually remembers her clients and goes above and beyond every time. I had a return that was kind of confusing, and she literally walked me through it step by step over the phone. Always friendly, patient, and super helpful. Love this location, and we seriously love our Sactional :) Yes, it was pricey, but definitely worth every penny... We invested in the Stealthtech sound system and its just like going to the movies every night in our living room!
