So we came back and are 100% satisfied with our purchase. Andy at the gurnee location was knowledgeable and extremely helpful helping us find what would fit in our space, be functional and included what we wanted out of the furniture. I.e sleeper sofa. The delivery drivers removed their shoes when entering the house with the furniture. Extremely polite and very professional. We ordered Friday and our stuff arrived the next Tuesday. Extremely happy and will probably never stray from La-z-boy ever again. We learned our lesson.
