  Sales person Emma was very helpful and in my entire purchase process. He sent videos of the chair available and was extremely helpful regarding delivery of the chair. I would not hesitate to do business with Lay-Z-Boy people in the future I highly recommend them.

  The chair looks and feels new after a year of using it! Happy to have recycled the old one versus getting it reupholstered. Paid the service a reasonable fee for its pick up and they did not need to enter the home for its removal!

  Do NOT recommend buying from La-Z-Boy. The furniture is overpriced for the quality you receive. In my experience, the materials and overall durability did not meet expectations for the price paid. Customer service and after-sales support were also very disappointing. It was difficult to get assistance, and follow-up on issues was slow and unhelpful. Overall, the experience did not justify the cost.

  I purchased a $6,500 sofa set from La-Z-Boy during COVID, along with a five-year warranty. Shortly after the warranty expired, I noticed discoloration on the sofa and contacted customer care to request touch-up paint or guidance on how to address the issue. I was disappointed to learn that they do not provide touch-up paint and advised me to contact a local upholstery company instead. I was also told to take better care in how the sofa is used to prevent further damage, which felt dismissive given the price and expected quality of the furniture. For a premium-priced product, I expected stronger after-care support and more helpful solutions. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service did not meet those expectations. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from La-Z-Boy again.

  I currently have 2 La-Z-Boy chairs in my house but both are over 20 years old. I have been told that the newer models can be purchased with the convenience of an automatic flip back and electric controls. I have friends who have said these new chairs are extremely comfortable and easy to operate. I intend to buy one of these in order to determine the additional comfort level and, if it turns out to be as described, perhaps I will place an order to take the place of my second 20 year old model.
