She was very knowledgeable of all the products in the showroom we told her we had bought a recliner in 2017 we needed a new recliner and it finally worn out after 8 years a quality product. We asked if they carried that chair from 8 years ago she looked it up on the computer and found that they still carried that line of recliners. I asked if they were able to put a riser under the chair for it set just a tiny bit low, ( really think the recliner was just worn out.) The response was absolutely, we can do that for you. Lazy Boy products may be a tad more expensive but it lasted a extremely long period of time. In my opinion they are worth every penny. Thank you
