    A huge shoutout to Jessica in customer service -we appreciate her excellent customer service communications in purchasing a Craftsman 7' x 7' resin shed. Upon initial purchasing I contacted her and explained the on-line order was not reflecting the weekly ad price as stated. She advised me to go ahead and submit the order, then when I come to the store in person that she would assist in ensuring the advertised sales price. Today 04/07/26 the procurement transpired, with the assistance of Jessica. Once again Thanks Jessica (Glen Carbon Lowes) for all your help!

    Store was very clean and well stocked. We needed help but couldn't find anyone, and the people we did find were very busy. We tried the help button but no one came. Waited over 30 min for assistance. It was a Saturday but they were not crazy busy or anything.

    I live 40 miles away from the Glen Carbon Lowes. It stated online that they had 2 of the Toro mowers I wanted. I called ahead of time because it said earliest pickup was on 3/17. When I spoke to the customer service rep, I let her know it said a later date and I wanted to confirm I could actually pick it up today. She put me on hold and then said yes she confirmed it. I drove out there to find out it was not the case. It was not assembled and they had no one to assemble it. The option I was given was to have it delivered later or pick it up later. I asked if they could waive the $39 delivery fee since I already spent $20 to drive there and back, and the manager AJ said that is not their process. She would not waive it even though the reason i drove out there is because i was told it was available. AJ never came out to assist me. I will not be buying the $4700 lawn mower from Lowes because they could not waive the $39 shipping fee. Process is more important than customer service with AJ.

    Bought a $400 microwave 3 weeks ago.The installers where 3 1/2 hours late and the microwave wouldn't open. The installers didn't know the return policy so I had to take it back myself and spend an hour at the customer service desk. So I returned that one. Ordered another more expensive microwave, 10 days later they finally scheduled the install which was supposed to take place today between 12:30 and 3:30. 3:30 rolles past and not a word. At 5:30 we reach out via chat and they say sorry we will have to reschedule. What a joke. I can't believe they have the audacity to charge me for these installs. Do yourself a favor and don't hire them to install anything. If I could give them negative stars I would!
