Salesperson was not knowledgeable or forthcoming with info about delivery. With good reason, it would seem. Trying to talk with anyone about delivery is impossible. Too many computers and connections to try to make caused us to just cancel our purchase and proceed to Home Depot where the entire process was quick, easy, and dealing with knowledgable people.

I went to the Alton sore to buy a microwave. It was on sale because of Labor Day. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The microwave was sold out... But the salesman directed me to the Glen Carbon location. I was able to get the microwave.
