Been to two different locations this week and had to go to three different registers to get my gift card to work. Both times after leaving selfcheckout, sending me to customer returns and then lumber, a sales associate manually entered in the full gift card number and it went thru no problem.
This happened twice at two different stores... clearly it is a bigwig problem an not the sales associates.
Maybe if their employees weren't overworked and underpaid (no cashiers just one person overseeing 10 self checkout machines) this could've been avoided.
A multimillion dollar company and your gift cards dont work after Christmas.

Staff are friendly and helpful here. Even had someone ask if I needed help while I was looking at paint colors and then chatted with my kids for a bit.
I've been to several Lowe's locations across across the country and this location has what you would expect to see.
My family and I also love going to Lowe's to look at the Halloween and Christmas stuff every year.

Was EXTREMELY disappointed to have waited WEEKS for my new freezer, AFTER THEY TOOK MY MONEY. Just for them to say they have no clue where my freezer is and that it isn’t even out for delivery. That it is “at the mercy of the distributor” how the hell are yall gonna take my money weeks ago, give me a 2 week window it should be there, and at the end of the 2 week window basically tell me I’m out of luck. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. They also have issues answering the phones customers, had to be patched in over and over to appliances. THIS LOWES IS A BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. THEY DIDN’T EVEN TRY TO COMPENSATE. Will never shop at Lowe’s again, for ANYTHING.
