I live 40 miles away from the Glen Carbon Lowes. It stated online that they had 2 of the Toro mowers I wanted. I called ahead of time because it said earliest pickup was on 3/17. When I spoke to the customer service rep, I let her know it said a later date and I wanted to confirm I could actually pick it up today. She put me on hold and then said yes she confirmed it. I drove out there to find out it was not the case. It was not assembled and they had no one to assemble it. The option I was given was to have it delivered later or pick it up later. I asked if they could waive the $39 delivery fee since I already spent $20 to drive there and back, and the manager AJ said that is not their process. She would not waive it even though the reason i drove out there is because i was told it was available. AJ never came out to assist me. I will not be buying the $4700 lawn mower from Lowes because they could not waive the $39 shipping fee. Process is more important than customer service with AJ.

Bought a $400 microwave 3 weeks ago.The installers where 3 1/2 hours late and the microwave wouldn't open. The installers didn't know the return policy so I had to take it back myself and spend an hour at the customer service desk. So I returned that one. Ordered another more expensive microwave, 10 days later they finally scheduled the install which was supposed to take place today between 12:30 and 3:30. 3:30 rolles past and not a word. At 5:30 we reach out via chat and they say sorry we will have to reschedule. What a joke. I can't believe they have the audacity to charge me for these installs. Do yourself a favor and don't hire them to install anything. If I could give them negative stars I would!

you can tell the managers get a bad salary here because they literally do not care. we waited two weeks (an already RIDICULOUS amount of time) for our "custom" vanity to come in just to watch the VERY smart delivery driver drop the box while bringing it to our front porch, therefore cracking the counter top in HALF. ZEROOOO apologizes from the driver AND the lowe's manager. her only "solution" that was offered was to just pickup our now SOLD OUT custom vanity and give us a refund. ARE YOU JOKING ME. not to mention they delivered it at 7 in the morning!! ruined our day bright and early! HORRIBLE USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE! this is why everyone shops at home depot. NEVER. AGAIN.

Been to two different locations this week and had to go to three different registers to get my gift card to work. Both times after leaving selfcheckout, sending me to customer returns and then lumber, a sales associate manually entered in the full gift card number and it went thru no problem.
This happened twice at two different stores... clearly it is a bigwig problem an not the sales associates.
Maybe if their employees weren't overworked and underpaid (no cashiers just one person overseeing 10 self checkout machines) this could've been avoided.
A multimillion dollar company and your gift cards dont work after Christmas.
