I felt pushed to just pay for my items and leave, I didn’t necessarily want to make an account, especially right on the spot in line when my items were already rung up. Also, just horrible customer service in general outside of that, I was being hovered over at the self checkout and the employees aren’t nice and made the entire interaction uncomfortable.

I called after I got home and was told they don't do installation (not true) and that there would only be a one year warranty on the product (I wasn't looking for a replacement, just help). As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
