Need to make a Lowe’s account to get military/veteran discount. They would not accept my ID like I’ve shown and done at other locations. I felt pushed to just pay for my items and leave, I didn’t necessarily want to make an account, especially right on the spot in line when my items were already rung up.
Also, just horrible customer service in general outside of that, I was being hovered over at the self checkout and the employees aren’t nice and made the entire interaction uncomfortable.

I don’t know the woman’s name who was working in the paint department today, 10/15/25, but she was phenomenal. She knew her colors and the different brands and was extremely helpful and helping me pick out the right paint and the right color. I have never seen my walls look more beautiful. I wish I knew her name, but I hope you will let her know how very appreciated she was.

Don't waste your time and money...go to Home Depot. I spent $6k on window treatments 2 years ago... Lowe's installed them.
One window has an issue... I don't think it's serious but I needed some guidance. I spent 20 minutes in the store trying to flag an associate. No luck. I called after I got home and was told they don't do installation (not true) and that there would only be a one year warranty on the product (I wasn't looking for a replacement, just help). What I got was... not our problem let me get you the manufacturer's number. Gee thanks.
