I was at Lowe’s the other day and had to return something to the customer service desk and encountered a guy who I have dealt with at the service desk before. I got to say, he is never pleasant as he openly talks about how rough his job is and his dislike of completing routine tasks in it. It’s a very awkward time anytime I deal with this service desk at Lowe’s and he is working (guy with hat). I don’t know why he continues to deal with the public when he is just nasty all around. I am always pleasant to Lowe’s as well. I imagine he does this to other customers as well unfortunately.
