Eric Adams you guys need to do better. Contractors spend thousands of dollars with you guys just so our time can get wasted like this. I dont want to pay my guy 30min to sit on a phone to get hung up on. This needs to be fixed Russo and Eric Adams. Every other department at this store is great, super friendly and helpful.
