- FOFront Office6 days ago1.0I bought a new Snow Blower. Less than 2 years old. Needed it serviced. Its March 16th and he said the earliest I can drop off is October because they stopped working on winter equipment. Very non customer service oriented. But they were so so nice when I dropped $4k on the blower. Sad what happened in the service industry. You won't be seeing my money any longer! Thanks

- CCCarlosNov 21, 20251.0Parts department is horrible, you call and they put you on hold, they dont speak just pick up and move you to hold, then they pick up and hang up right away. Eric Adams you guys need to do better. Contractors spend thousands of dollars with you guys just so our time can get wasted like this. I dont want to pay my guy 30min to sit on a phone to get hung up on. This needs to be fixed Russo and Eric Adams. Every other department at this store is great, super friendly and helpful.
