- CCCarlos3 days ago1.0Parts department is horrible, you call and they put you on hold, they dont speak just pick up and move you to hold, then they pick up and hang up right away. Eric Adams you guys need to do better. Contractors spend thousands of dollars with you guys just so our time can get wasted like this. I dont want to pay my guy 30min to sit on a phone to get hung up on. This needs to be fixed Russo and Eric Adams. Every other department at this store is great, super friendly and helpful.
