Someone gave me a Lowe's gift card and I have been TRYING to spend it for a couple of months now, but every attempt has been met with incompetence. How hard is it to pull 50 2x4x8's and have them ready for me to load and pick up? Apparently next to impossible. Just in the time trying to deal with Lowe's I could have taken my usual drive to the Home Depot in Matoon, which I will end up doing now anyways.

We had a year long endless nightmare to get it delivered without mold and stains, get a build contractor and to get out in. That took about a year. Then once in, the contractor, left a dog height gap in the fence and the ground so we had to redo the fence on about 1/4 of the fence. My husband had to finish under the stairs that was left open and the bolt on the door fell off. What a joke. After all of this the company never refunded me the difference from the wood i ordered (which was never delivered) and the wood they sent for the pickets. I had to call for over three months to beg for this to happen. Never again, ever!!
