Lowe’s allows the police state to surveillance in their parking lots as you come and go. This is against our rights as an American citizen. They allow AI to Monitor us in the name of safety. I called baloney. I will not spend another dime in Lowe’s.

I had the worst experience ever doing a return at this store. I was trying to return a bunch of seeds for gardening since I found them way cheaper at Dollar tree for the same exact brand and product. I was standing in line for at least 30 minutes while we had 3 different cashiers trying and do the return for me. They ended up needing to do 5 different transactions to do my return that was all on one receipt. They refunded me back to 2 different cards I had used. One of them being my regular debit card and the other one was a visa debit gift card. They were able to return mostly all of the seeds to my 2 cards. Then for the last return out of the 5 refunds they did for the seeds they were prompted for me to only get a refund via store credit, even though that is not how I paid. I ended up calling corporate and they told me that they could only give me the rest of my refund via store credit-thus forcing me to still spend that money to the Lowes company.. when I had no intentions shopping there ever again, after this experience. Corperate told me they could not refund me the way I had paid because it was with a visa debit gift card. Which didn't make sense because they were able to refund me some of the money to that gift card, but not all of it. I would have gladly taken the money back the way I had paid so I could spend it elsewhere after this experience. But that was not an option and there was nothing they could do for me. All in all- if you are going to be using a visa gift card there, just DO NOT do it. They will NOT give you your money back unless it is store credit that HAS to be used within their company. Nothing was accomplished and I had wasted 30 minutes of my life standing there with my back hurting while pregnant. Oh and there was a homeless man outside circling cars and pulling on handles trying to break in to people's vehicles and everyone in the store noticed and watched but no one called the cops, so that was just the cherry on top of it all. Needless to say, I will not be back!
