Called to talk to the manager asking for advice before I lose it and he said sorry we don’t do anything after the 48 hour delivery window. 8 days ago Lowe’s delivered a new GE washer and dryer and the washer started leaking, I was told once again sorry Lowe’s won’t do anything after 48 hours. Kindness and understanding can go a long way.
