  I found out about Cesar and his team over at Topo d’Oro through a friend referral . I have a property where I needed pet turf and shade landscaping and had no idea where to start or how to start. I had a few ideas but didn’t know how to proceed and execute them. Cesar was very helpful from the beginning consultation, through the process and the end. His ideas and mine were implemented. He was very courteous to hear me out and help me design with his knowledge in the field. I couldn’t be happier with the companies work! I highly recommend them as they were very knowledgeable and friendly through the whole project!

  Cesar did an outstanding job on railings for our property. His craftsmanship is top quality, as well as the materials he used. He started the job , and finished in a timely manner. I Highly Recommend him!!!
