    Last year, just after Christmas, I purchased this Christmas tree from At Home as a display model. This year was my first time setting it up, and unfortunately, the tree is dangerously unstable. It is extremely wobbly and unsafe, to the point that it has become a serious safety hazard. I will be forced to take it down to protect my family. When I visited the store to address the issue, it became clear that the base I was given is likely not the correct one for this tree. I have a photo from the day of purchase showing that the base attached to my tree is actually smaller than the bases on several smaller display trees still in the store. I was also told that this particular tree is no longer available, which only adds to my concern. I purchased this product in good faith and should not be left with a tree that is unsafe to use. I reached out online through the At Home website and received a response from Angie V. After sending photos and details, I was advised to contact the manufacturer for warranty support — despite the fact that I purchased the tree from HomeGoods, not the manufacturer. I called as instructed on 12/13/25 at 11:02 AM and have yet to hear back. There has also been no follow-up from At Home. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience with poor customer support and no resolution for a clear safety issue. I expected much better from At Home.

    I ordered a rug from here for today’s delivery and the color was not right so called the store immediately and a male manager this morning around 11 talked to me on speaker my daughter is my witness he said he would send someone right back since the rug is huge! Now nobody showed up and i called again talked to a person name Lisa and she was acting as if she was in shock that he gave me info someone would come back! She said wait for me I will go get some other person on the line hung up on me few minutes later and now is not picking up the phone!! How unprofessional is this store is beyond my mind! The rug pattern are gray in the image and green in real life!

    Always an easy shopping experience for household goods and decor. Their holiday section is huge, spanning multiple aisles and lots of floor space. Found the colored tree lights I was seeking.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges.
