- MNMr. NDec 18, 20252.0If you purchase a new item online from the Elgin location. Please inspect very carefully. I bought a Toro power clear 821 R-c Snowblower brand new and once I picked it up, it ended up being a shop used or a returned item from the looks of it. I notified one of the workers there that it looked like its been used and he told me they test them out after it's assembled. You guys can be the judge with the photos ill be posting with this review .Only thing they can do is give 25 dollar store credit or have it returned.

She said, "It's pretty easy. Just give me a minute, and I'll put it on for you, no charge. " This was the first BIG snow, and I needed it badly. Within 10 minutes, she had it on and helped me load it my truck. ABOVE & BEYOND normal service, ANYWHERE! I'm a dedicated customer now!
