  Salesperson approached soon after I entered store I told her I was just look, she actually left me alone came back a little later told her what i was looking for, she helped me pick out a chair that fit my needs, only complaint - kept trying to talk me into a certain fabric I didn't like. Very knowledgeable about stock and very good at communicating with me. I ended up getting a chair and lamp. Just wish they would take my current chair away, not just to the curb. I live in a condo and will have arrange for and pay fee for special pick up from trash co.

  Everyone who sat in this recliner loved it. So three months later, I bought another one. Still trying to figure out how to add a third, so we can all be comfy. I've owned many recliners in my 75+yrs. This one has been the most adaptable to a variety of body shapes and handicaps. My favorites: leg support is seamless, no gaps anywhere; arms and back support perfect! *****

  What a pleasure waking around looking at furniture and yet now being pressured. Sales people were so helpful !! I did purchase a sofa & chair along with pillows. Been Mehta, came the following day to measure before arrival of furniture. I appreciated all the advice to decorate with pictures & Rug etc. Let’s just say very pleased with the end of my transaction. Thank you.

  Previously I have owned 2 cheaper chairs which broke after a year. I met Mike from Downers Grove store. He asked questions of what I wanted and about use, I have pets. He showed me what was in my price range and didn't try to push more. I have great respect for him. My only negative is I would have picked it up myself rather than pay delivery. As it is, if delivery is late , we will leave it outside until I can move it inside, due to pets.

  Excellent salesman really appreciated the no pushy salesman approach Andy was very patient,helpful and professional. We did purchase a sofa set and did plan on Lazy Boy for furnishing other rooms in our home. It now seems I have to make an update on this post/review our salesman was good as mentioned but new and after scheduling a delivery date for our sofa set and taking the day off of work our delivery was canceled?! That was because if you select to have their free visit with a designer at your home apparently they need to come to your home prior to your furniture delivery? That of course was not disclosed and our salesman was off the day they decided to cancel our delivery. So after making preparations and taking the day off of work we had no sofa set or anything from Lazy boy. What we received was a call the day of from our salesman stating the Why and scheduling the in home appointment, we no longer want the in home visit and this experience has left us now looking elsewhere for furniture. We did initially state to our salesman we had every intention to continue purchasing more needed furniture in the very near future but this has definitely changed our minds. I would to add that my wife and I waited to see if anything other than an apology from our salesman would be done, and that's a negative. Our time is valuable just like theirs,Store,Salesman,Drivers very disappointed with the lack of customer service resolution free delivery could have been applied but not even mentioned that would have been a good faith step forward.
