I finally stopped a saleswoman who made it clear she really didn't want to bother with me. I ended up getting the sofa from Joybird. Joybird was a joy to work with. I returned to Lazy Boy in Downers Grove by mistake, I wanted to go to the outlet store. I'm truly glad I made that mistake. I got a beautiful recliner and my salesman could not have been more helpful. It is a special order so I'm not able to state how I feel about the chair until I see it. Once again, shopping experience was very pleasant.

His colleague helped too while Mike was busy with someone else. The whole store has good energy.
