Placed online order Sunday morning for a grill. Online said it would be ready same day. Called the store at 2:30 asking when it would be ready for pickup. Was told not until Thursday. Questioned them as to why online it said I could pickup today and not one sales associate called to inform me that they could not assemble a grill until Wednesday that’s when they had the correct staff in and it would be ready Thursday. Received email Monday night saying grill was ready for pickup on Tuesday. Picked my grill up completely assembled wrong all backwards. Tried calling the store to speak with a supervisor or manager on duty. Currently been on hold for one hour not once has someone picked up the phone. Called Lowe’s corporate number asked for area director to call me also asked for the area director to call me Sunday seeing as product was not ready when promised. Still waiting on the area director to reach out. If I could give less than one star I would. Customer service is beyond horrible. I will never be spending money at any of their locations.

Went to appliances waited a whole hour which was fine for an associate and when I said that to the man name Ron he said well talk to someone else and tried to blow me off when there was another customer in need but I was there first it felt racially profiling I won’t be coming to this hardware store again it’s extremely disappointing. Hopefully Ron learns manners.

Don't bother trying to call lowe's.For any information, the AI assist is worthless. I ASKED FOR THE GARDEN CENTER AND THEY KEPT ASKING ME WHAT ACCOUNT I HAD. then, I asked for the garden center when I called back and they wouldn't let me talk to anyone. Our future is doomed!!
